Our AGM is tonight, starting at 6pm! Here's how to join:

• If you've already nominated yourself for a position on committee, or are thinking of nominating yourself tonight, then join the Google Meet call.
• Otherwise, you can watch the live stream of the meeting here.

Remember that we have a quorum of 20% of our paying members for the AGM, so please come along and vote if you can!

Please join our Slack workspace if you haven't already, as there will likely be plenty of discussion happening there during the AGM, especially about constitutional amendments.

Tune into the call or live stream and we'll let you know when each round of voting opens! We'll also be announcing it in our Slack workspace. We'll begin with voting on constitutional amendments, and then move on to committee positions.

Each round of voting will be open for 10 minutes. During that time, a Google Form will be available for you to fill out to register your vote. A link to each form will be given on the call, live stream, and Slack workspace.

There will be five minutes before each round of voting for nominees to say a few words, and five minutes after to allow time for counting.

The Single Transferable Vote system will be used to count the votes.

Please remember that you must be a paying member of the society to vote. Only members who have a paying membership before the AGM begins can vote - sorry, we won't be able to recognise any new paid memberships during the AGM.
